When tracking starts
Your tracking number becomes active once your order has been processed and shipped. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner's facility. Please allow a little time after that email for the carrier's first scan to appear.
How long delivery takes
After processing, standard delivery takes 7-15 business days. We know that is longer than the big marketplaces - we are a small US-based store working with a trusted fulfillment partner, and we would rather give you an honest window than a fast promise we cannot keep.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order has not arrived within the delivery window above, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will look into it personally.
