Return conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Please contact us first through our Contact page before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping costs

• For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we cover the return shipping cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so we can make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Original shipping charges, if any were paid, are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
• If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the conditions above, we may offer a partial refund or return the item to you.
